Douglas Bosswick joined Silverleaf Venture Partners in 2020, bringing with him over a decade’s worth of experience in highly regulated business sectors. Doug has worked with some of the MSO’s in the United States to analysis market opportunities, create expansion strategies, and increase profit margins by improving operational efficiencies. Prior to cannabis, Doug was an associate at the wealth management firm Blackridge Capital, where he delivered investment advisory, tax and estate planning services to high-net-worth families. Doug started his professional career in New York City at the accounting firm Berdon LLP. Mr. Bosswick received his B.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder in Economics and Communication.

Doug works closely with the Managing Directors to analyze and evaluate new investment opportunities, execute investments, and assist with monitoring Silverleaf Ventures Partners portfolio companies.
